Public transport

How to get to Brussels Expo with public transport?

By public transport, take metro line 6 from the city centre, which will take you there directly in a few minutes. Get off at the Heysel or Koning Boudewijn stop, depending on which palace you want to visit. If you are coming from the north-west, take bus 84 or 89 (stop Koning Boudewijn – Amandiers).

By tram or bus

– Heysel (STIB): Tram 7 ; Bus 83 (until 4pm) ;

– Stadium (MIVB/ De Lijn): Tram 9, 51, 93 / Bus 223, 240, 241, 242, 243, 246, 250, 260, 820 ;

– King Baudouin (STIB): Tram 9 (until 5pm), Bus 83 (until 4pm) ;

– Esplanade (MIVB) : Tram 3, Bus 83.

Which train station for Brussels Expo ?

Thalys, TGV, Eurostar and ICE international trains depart from Brussels-Midi station. You can also take the metro from here. From the station, take the renewed metro to Heysel stop. The metro will get you there in 15 minutes.

Coming by car

Ghent / Mons / Charleroi 

Take the Ring RO, direction Zaventem – Namur (Namen) On the Ring, take exit 7A and follow the signs “Expo”.

– E19 / E411 / E40
Antwerp / Namur / Liège 

Take the Ring RO, direction Gent – Oostende (E40) On the Ring, take exit 7A and follow the signs for “Expo”.

– A12
Antwerp / Boom

Take the Ring RO, direction Gent (Ghent) – Ostend (E40) – Mons (Bergen) / Charleroi (E19) On the Ring, take exit 7A and follow the signs “Expo”.

Parking

Go to Parking C of Brussels Expo

Parking C is accessible from exit 7A of the Ring Road and offers no less than 10,000 spaces. From Parking C, the “footbridge” provides direct access to the fair.

A shuttle will bring you to the fair from the parking.

Cloakroom

Small hand bags can be taken into the halls. Backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas and trolleys of any size must be left at the cloakroom located at both entrances of the fair.

 

Animals

Animals (with the exception of guide dogs) are strictly forbidden on the premises of the fair.

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can buy your ticket online via our ticketing platform <hen it’s open or on site during the fair. We recommend booking online in advance to avoid queues.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

Free entrance for children under 16 years old – no registration is needed.

Can I buy my ticket on-site?

Yes, but please note that there will be no cash payment on-site.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No. We do not issue refunds.

Can I bring my pet to the fair?

Animals (except for guide dogs) are strictly forbidden on the fair grounds.

Is there any discount for seniors, disabled people and Museumpass?

No, there is only a special offer for children, people between 16 and 26 years old and Article 27.

Where can I see which galleries and artists are participating?

You can find the full list of participating galleries and artists on our website under the Galleries section. Each gallery page also includes information about the artists they are presenting at the fair.

Is there catering on site?

Yes, our catering area is open everyday during the opening hours of the fair.

Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Brussels Expo is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Dedicated parking and restrooms are available on site.
