Can I buy my ticket on-site?

Yes, but please note that there will be no cash payment on-site.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation by e-mail.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No. We do not issue refunds.

Can I bring my pet to Art Brussels?

Animals (except for guide dogs) are strictly forbidden on the fair grounds.

Is there any discount for seniors, disabled people and Museumpass?

No, there is only a special offer for children, people between 16 and 26 years old as well as Article 27 holders.

Do you partner with Article 27?

Yes, the entrance is free for the members of Article 27 during the public days (i.e. Friday till Sunday of the fair).

You can find the full list of participating galleries and artists on our website under the Galleries section. Each gallery page also includes information about the artists they are presenting at the fair.

Is there catering on site?

Yes, our catering area is open everyday during the opening hours of the fair.

Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Brussels Expo is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Dedicated parking and restrooms are available on site.
