Stibbe Lounge

 

In anticipation of their commission at the Belgian Pavilion in Venice, Jos de Gruyter & Harald Thys presented a series of small sculptural heads made of plaster, fake hair and paint in the lounge of fair partner Stibbe.

SCREEN IT is a video project focusing on the impact of our current screen culture on the arts, curated by Pieter Jan Valgaeren, consultent for the exhibition design by Richard Venlet. 

2019 | Sculpture Project

 

Since 2018, Art Brussels organises an outside sculpture project on the Tour & Taxis esplanade. Large scale artworks by renowned artists and emerging talents represented by participating galleries welcome the visitors outside of the fair entrance.

2019 | Shared Roots by Vik Muniz, Ruinart Lounge

 

Shared Roots is a creation of six photographic works by Vik Muniz, presented in the Ruinart lounge. The project was inspired by winegrowers and vineyards, who together, face challenging natural conditions each season.

Lucie Lanzini’s What Comes Out Is What’s Inside, is a project curated by Nicolas de Ribou, presented at the stand of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
